During coking process, the harmful or special ingredients of combustion flue gas in coke oven and raw gas in coking production and recovery process shall be monitored, so as to adjust  the operation index of corresponding sections accurately. Four online analyzer systems of Chairman are below:

1.Flue gas online analyzing system: online monitoring of smoke components like SO2、NOx、CO、O2 in gas flue, also components can be measured as reality required and applied into coal-fired boiler which is approximate to working conditions.

2.Online analyzing system of benzene series: online monitoring of benzene series (including benzene, toluene, xylene, etc.) content in raw gas;

3.Online analyzing system of ammonia gas: online monitoring of NH3 in raw gas.

4.Online analyzing system of sulphureted hydrogen: online monitoring of H2S in raw gas.

This series of products can be defined as integrated products software and hardware , involving online analysis fields such as coal-fired flue gas and coke oven gas, including sampling methods for online analysis systems, pretreatment processes, gas analyzers, and software and hardware systems for industrial control. During the development of this series of products, the relevant field gas parameters and operating conditions, installation locations, and climatic conditions were collected to enable a fully customized design. The system workflow is as follows:

Advantages of online analyzer system:

Continuous, accurate, and real-time measurement of target components in the flue gas or crude gas of the coke oven;

The sampling device can remove dust, tar and water vapor when taking gas, impurities will not enter the subsequent gas pipeline, automatic back flushing reduces the accumulation of pipeline and filter device, and the device requires little maintenance;

The scientifically designed pretreatment system can ensure that the sample gas entering the analyzer has a stable flow rate and pressure, and the temperature is constant. It is a qualified sample gas without impurities and interfering components. The pretreatment system is a proprietary product independently developed by Chairman;

The analyzers with advanced detection principle analyze the components to be measured in the sample gas, and the data results have high accuracy;
The working status of each device of the online analysis system is intelligently controlled by the controller, without any manual operation.
